Benchmarking tool for area labor market now available

 

The 2011 NOARK Compensation & Benefits Survey is now available for purchase. The compensation study represents a diverse group of industries in the Northwest Arkansas marketplace and more than 150 job listings.

 

The benefits study captures a wealth of data and offers an understanding of the market conditions for wages and benefits in the northwest region of Arkansas. Survey information includes health, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental, retirement, flexible spending, health and productivity, sick leave, holiday, personal time, vacation, education incentives, retention incentives.

 

The industries covered are agricultural, construction, education, finance, government, health, insurance, manufacturing, retail, services, transportation, utilities and wholesale arena.  The job listings include accounting, administrative, banking, engineering, finance, food services, healthcare, human resources, information systems, manufacturing, marketing, payroll, production, sales, skilled and transportation.

 

NOARK is the Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association, a professional group dedicated to the advancement of human resource management and an affiliation with the Society for Human Resource Management.  The report is available in both pdf and Excel format.
